I joined for the VLCC program last November, paying around |AED 6500. I have hardly got any results. I suffer from eczema (skin allergy), due to which my skin is sensitive to many products, which i feel VLCC should be aware of before i join the program.. While i joined, they told me the heating sessions will not be given to me, but of course they have charged me for the same. After a few sessions of tummy tuck, i got a severe allergy reaction with the anti cellulite gel that they use, due to which i could not continue my sessions.
In this case,i feel, I am not responsible for what has happened and the whole blame goes on VLCC for not informing me before i joined the program. I am eligible for a refund.. For this i have called their customer service a ''n'' number of times but i have not received any call or feedback from them yet..
How much more could they cheat a customer for business and money... THE BIGGEST CHEATERS I HAVE EVEN SEEN..I hardly lost a kg in 3 months time of VLCC, had allergy reaction also, and no effect for the cash spend...
