[Resolved]  VLCC — Unsatisfied customer service

I have enrolled for a package for skin treatment.The enrollment was done in VLCC,Pune.
The treatment involves 8 sessions. I now reside in Bangalore and have
transferred the package to VLCC,Whitefield. I had avail 2 sessions in Pune,
while 1 session was done in Bangalore.Frankly speaking,had never expected such a worse service from a service provider with a brand name.
Neither do they provide right appointment nor do they call up to check the status if a customer is visiting them if an appointment is taken.They are least interested with customer satisfaction. I am really unsatisfied with the service VLCC has provided.For every session there is time gap of 15 days to 1month.It's me who has to call everytime to VLCC to ask whether I can take up the next session or not. They don't even keep a record of services they need to provide that is included in a
package. Horrible!!!. This is my request to the Management of VLCC to train their staffs(specially the head present at the centres) in terms of customer services
and as we trust the Brand name but if this would be the case than there would be negative publicity which will definitely impact the image of VLCC. I hope this improvement reflects.
