- Have to be from a typical middle-class family, else your ego wont accept you to carry such heavy weight kits. A person from high class family cant work here, since he is habituated to luxury life.
Agree life in Voltech will be like a Slave in Jails.
- You have to keep on standing in the site for testing the equipments, from early morning to late evening.
- You have to be physically very strong with personality, mentally robust, should have patience, positive thinking attitude etc.. can only survive for atleast 3 years in Voltech.
Physically strong person only can carry those heavy weight kits and manage people in sites

iam a graduate searching for job past 1 year and i had go through all the complaints mentioned above by our volttech seniors, i have applied to voltech by paying rs-200. but still i didnt got any call from the voltech people. now i am totally confused whether to jion or not. considering problems in my family which i am facing, i need to earn to overcome those problem, so please suggest me any idea wat to do whether to join voltech or to try for some other company...
after the completion of the 5 years bond in voltech may i will be free to move to some other company with tat experience or not please let me know that this is possible or not...
please let me know about my above/previous queries, its not only for my benefit, most of my friends struggle for job have applied for voltech hr services pvt ltd. if its not worthy in joining voltech then i will let them know about this injustice happening to our people, which is not fair and my friends are not aware of this issue going in voltech. thank you

in this organization not proovide any of the compliments to working engineers.. So simply we are identify wat problem in this company.They are used all engineers, otherwise very worst management started with manager, asst. manager, vice presidents, execution dept., hr devision, no one can help to working engineers... they are giving the allowance in 6 or7th date and after 20th only they are giving salary for all engineers.There are many politicians are working in this company... very BAD BAD BAD. This company have a good name because the one and only the reason is engineers... But no one give response for those engineers. Especially managers and vice precidents all are waste particularly NWC unit is very worst... Suckers only worked here... This is very very **** company

As per my experiance in this company this is a new company where management should give a stage/opportunity to workers to perform.
I accept there are some people who only complaints and passes wrong communication about workers to the management.
Such people should be removed from the organisation.The HR is one of the worst person i have ever seen in this company (MR.Selvaraj)
He is not a knowledgeable person and unfit for the Hr Position.A HR in a company should be a good listener and should care for the CO-Workers
People working in different departments have various problems.A good HR should address their issues and solve the problem.
If same situation exists definitely it will affect the growth of the Company.
All the workers, Engineers & Managers are the key people for the growth of this company.Torturing and insulting these people will end in loss to the company.Talented people should be given an opportunity at priority.If this HR involves iam sure this company is going to loose many Knowledgeable & Hard workers.
VOLTECH ENGINEERS PVT LTD cannot have their own rules and regulations.it has to comply with the labour law which i think management knows very well.

Very poor company to actually work with.In EASTERN part of India during shifting 75kgs of kits, I was facing a TOUGH situation equal to a jailed prisoner.people came to beat me and kick me while travelling in unreserved since company will gave only unreserved tickets to travel all over india.untolarable. And very worst.treatIn employee as beggars and use them as cleaners and attenders.WORST UPTO the core...

Every bad things that are told about this company are true. My passport is still with this company and they are demanding rupees 1 lakh for my retrieval .Even after paying us very very low for our works and 16-24 hrs a day shifts, they are being really bad when retrieving from the company. they made me go over and over for about 2 months for my certificates but i still have not received my documents. If Indian government does something regarding these private companies and do some justice, that are eating employees life, It would make quite a lot of people really great. If any higher indian authority looks at this please escalate the issues with this company and if possible seal this company for its actions.

I beg to differ from your view.. Voltech is a growing bubbly organisation, its in our handsto build our company to the next level. Would appreciate if you dont instigate others to fall in your trap.
This company gave life to many .. still many families are happy today coz of Mr.Umapathy.
