Voter I Card — No Voter I Card for 10,000 families

I have duly filled up my voter card application form through Jagore India. But the ERO in sector 12 in Faridabad says that he requires an endorsement of any person holding a voter card. This is despite that we have passports that are police verified documents. We are voters in Delhi but since live in Faridabad, we have to have a new card.
On inquiry I found that not a single voter in Dayalbagh, Eros Garden, Lakarpur and Shiv Durga Vihar have a voter card !!! This is scandalous.
