[Resolved]  voter i d card — mismatch of photos

sir i am a resident of Mohan nagar in Gaziabad (u p ) i had applied for voter i d card on year back i got my voter i d card but the voter i d card for my family is completely mismatching the address and names are same but the photo is not matching as per the name i went to the person regarding i had went twice their no action is being taken against them all the time they tell me to fill the new form and i do it every time but nothing yet happened what should i do
