Voter ID — voter id had stolen some one.

Respected Sir,

Kind attention is invited to the subjec mentioned above, I lost my voter's Id Card. Where do I get the Duplicate Id card. what are the necessary steps to get back the voter Id card ?

My voter ID Card and Pin Card both have been stolen by some culprit during bag snatching on 19 Jan 2012 at about 1900 hrs in New Delhi. Request advise suitably for further course of action.
