Voter ID — no proper responding

You can solve this issue.
First send a RTI Application to the Tahsildar office to know whether your name was/is there in electoral List.
2.if yes ask about the ID Card
3. if no ask for procedures to add your name into the List and to get id Card

FAILING WHICH YOU CAN FILE CASE YOURSELF IN COURT DIRECTLY. THEN DEFINITELY THEY HAVE TO ANSWER BEFORE THE COURT.
