[Resolved] Voter ID — Wrongly printed name and date of birth

Respected Sir/Madam, I, suresh, a resident of sathupalli Andra pradesh am having a problem in my Voter identity card. All the informations are printed correctly except the name and date of birth which is given as surampalli kakai durga prasad instead of SURAMPALLI VENKATA DURGA SURESH and XX/XX/1986 instead of[protected].
