[Resolved]  Voter Id Card — voter card not received

DEAR SIR
my name is in ihe voter list but my voter id card is not delivered due to non recepit of photo .i have sumitted my photo twice in ihe blo office i have recepit but i card are not delivered what can i do now

I applied for voter id card registration during the month of November 2008 with all documents
I got my name registered and found in my voter list.

But, Till Now I Didn't receive my Voter ID Card.
I walked several times to the above office, but invain.
Lastly yesterday the Electroal Officer insisted me to apply again with all documents after April 12th 2009.

Kindly PLEASE help me to get my voter id card.
