Hello, My name is Shivank Arora. I belong to Muzaffarnagar, but staying currently in Delhi. I am about 20 years of age. In July 2008 I applied for a voter ID Card in Muzaffarnagar election commission office. After that on non receipt of the card I visited there several times but they said that there was no such name in the voter list.
