hi sir/madam i want to change my surname in my voters id from john ramesh sharma to john francis d`souza.i have already got the neccessary changes done in the gazette for the correct name.my address is daryanagar zopadpatti, bhulabhai desai road, mahalaxmi temple compound mumbai-400026.kindly guide me for the same.thanks.
my name is Shravankumar parunandula. it is mis printed as sravan kumar parunandula which does not matches with ssc memo. so kindly edit my name.thanking you
