my name is "SASMITA DAS", w/o PRADIP KUMAR DAS, r/o COTTAGE NO-1, GREEN PARK, ULIYAN, KADMA, JAMSHEDPUR, EAST SINGHBHUM,
voting booth no :- 57/49..
my name is correctly written in the voter list as "SASMITA DAS", but it is wrongly printed as "SUSHMITA DAS" in voter card
please guide me, so that i can correct my name in voter card
