Ref. Voter Identity Cards

On 06 June 2008(Friday), I contacted our local election office for voter Identity card. I was told the by some of the staff that we are open on Saturday and even on Sundays from 9.30am to 7.00pm.

On Jun. 8, 08(Sunday) I reached the local office for the same with my wife and my daughter, at 10 am but was surprised to know that only peon Mr. Munna lal was present. On asking him about the remaining staff he told Mr. Suresh Yadav will be there after 11 am, but he was sure that he will definitely come as elections are coming.

After waiting for an hour, I asked him about the mobile number of the concerned officer, he told that he does not have the same.

After some tine another gentleman from some other office came, I requested him for the same (mobile number of Mr. Suresh Yadav) he also refused to give it, but he contacted Mr. Suresh Yadav, by his cell phone, and told him that some body was waiting for him and he allowed me to talk by his cell phone. Mr. Yadav told me that today is Sunday and he is enjoying it, he will not come to the office today, I should come in working day’s I told him that some body from your office has told me that offices are open on Sundays which make no impact on him.

• Time I wasted ?(Election office is approximately 10Km form my residence)

with all the respect i want to say that iam a resident of delhi and more precisely C.R.P.F CAMP JHARODA KALAN 110072.Sir my problem is that i want to make my voter i card and i have successfully filled out the form 6 online and in status it is showing that APPLICATION IS VERIFIED ON 1/30/2008 AND WAITING FOR ERO'S DECISION, after waiting for almost 3 months i called at your office regarding the same problem and somebody said that someone will visit your house but its the TRAUMA of the C.R.P.F employees that no one has ever visited this campus.It seems they have completely ignored their duties and also the c.r.p.f peoples Iam not writing this because of mine problem but iam representing the problem of 2000 familes. So if you have some time for these peoples of free democratic india please look into the matter.

Dear Sir

I am residing in Delhi from 1993 . My name was there in the voter list when I was residing in Sector D3, Flat no 3136, Vasant Kunj. N Delhi-70.
Presently I am staying( from 2003) in Sector D3, Flat no.3421, Vasant Kunj. N Delhi-70.
Around two months back, your representative has visited our house and noted all the details about me, my wife & my mother.
But now as per the list prepared, my name & my mothers name are not there in the list whereas my wife's name is there.
When I contacted your rep., they behave very rudely and in no mood to help.
Please suggest and help for the countermeasure.

I do not recieved my voter id card. i have submitted my photograph by your's representative twice in may 2007 and april 2008.at location Gawade Colony Near MPS School Mehidpur City Distt. Ujjain (MP). conform my voter id card status as early as possible.I am working in a private firm in Indore which 150 km far from my home.I have enquired about my ID card three times, but nothing I get except wasting my time.

Dear sir,

I have been issued my ID card from West Bengal AC 136 (Kamarhati) but my sex in the card mentioned wrongly as female along with other discrepency. My voter card no. is WB/20/136/600159 dated 24.03.1995.

Now I have misplaced the card.

Please let me know how I can avail my correct ID card and from where. This is urgently required since I have to go for my IT PAN card and also in day to day need the ID card is most required document.

Iam staying in PUNE Maharastra from past 7 months.But i had applied for vote id card in hyderabad last year ie 2007.we shifted our address from hyd to pune .Now if i want to know the status of that applied voter id card, to whom should i meet. I have been photographed at least 5 times in the last few years and I have still not received the voters ID card!! The last time the photographs were taken in a school in NOIDA some time in June 2008. My name is on the list so I cast my vote using my PAN card for identification. I am 67 year's of age and it is not easy for me keep trying to get the card which is my birthright. Please tell me how to go about it
