i'm RAGHU NANGUNURI. my old voter id number:IOF0134619 SL.NO:483 AT HOUSE ADDRESS 11-27-93. INT HIS CARD MY NAME SPELL WAS MISTAKE. SO I APPLIED FOR FORM -8 FOR CORRECTION GIVING NEW ADDRESS DETAILS AND CORRECT SPELLING OF MY NAME AND SUBMITED ALL DOCUMENTS MANUALLY AT LOCAL OFFICE. WHEN NEW VOTER LIST ANOUNCED BY ECI
INSTEAD OF CORRECTION THEY ADDED A NEW NAME AT SAME HOUSE ADDRESS BY SPELL MISTAKE CHANGING MY SURNAME AND CARD NUMBER ID : IOF0751917 SL.N,O:485.

My Voter ID Card Number is IMM0823963. My date of birth is[protected]. But my date of birth was printed in the above said card as XX/XX/1983 which is totally wrong as it difference of 29 years of my age. Please correct the same and issue new voter ID Card please.
