Voter Identity Card — Wrong entries in voter ID Card no NZD0990887 in respect of Shivendu Pathak .

1. Following enteries have been wrongly printed in my voter Identity Card:-

Printed name- Shivendr Pathak Correct name - Shivendu Pathak

Printed DOB - XX/XX/1981 Correct DOB - 26/06/1980

2. Kindly rectify these errors in my voter Identity Card.

My name is typed wrongly in the voter ID card.

For Elector's name it is typed as "Altrani", but correctly it is "Aldrin".
For Father / Mother / Husband's Name it is typed as "Rajaiah", but correct spelling is "Rajiah".

Can the election commission correct this and send me a new voter ID?

myMOTHER NAME B.PRABHAVATHI, citizen of INDIA. My complaint is regarding my name printed on voter id card is wrong, my name is "BALARAM MAHANTI PRABHAVATHI " and the name printed on card is "BALARAM MAHANTI PARVATHI i never add PRABHAVATHI in my name. Hw to change it.
