I just want to know that I have been in the voters list but i have not recieved voter id ....

After SOME DAY I GOT MY VOTER IDENTITY CARD NO-NCW0694349 ,OBSERVE SOME MISTAKE.
1. I MY NAME IS ASHVIN KUMAR YADAV S/O SHRI KRISHAN NATH YADAV, BUT MY NAME IS WRONG WRITTEN ON VOTER ID CARD ASHVINI ONLY.
2. MY GENDER IS MALE BUT SHOWN ON VID CARD ON FEMALE.
3. MY DATE OF BIRTH IS 23 JUL 1987 AS MY SCHOOL BIRTH CERTIFICATE WHEREON VID CARD SHOWN XX/XX/1985.
4. REQUESTING ALL 1,2,3 POINT TO BE AMMENDED...
