Hi All,

My self Dinesh singh sajwan applied for voter ID card 6 moths earlier and an acknowledge slip was issued by the receiptionest supporting document submitted. But after the submission of forms when I visited to their office, the clerk said that we don't have any record in respect to your application form and told me that there is no date mentioned on the acknowledgement slip earlier issued by the authority. Apart from it I have applied for voter ID for three times but the verification officer visited to me at once for verification. Can I get details how this department works and what did they do with my forms by three times and can I ask them to provide the status of my application and obliged them to make my voter ID available. Please advise.

My complaint is regarding my name printed on voter id card is wrong, my name is "SIKANDAR" N my father name is " AKBAR" my surname is " MIRZA ". the name printed on card is "HUSSAIN SIKANDAR ANVAR ", i never add "HUSSAIN" and "ANVAR" in my name.
