[Resolved]  Voter Identity Card, Election Commision Of India — New card not issued

I had twice applied on 13th February & 7th March 2009 by submitting Form No. 6 & 8, for a change of address in mine as well as my wife's voter identity at the District Collector's Office here at Ahmedabad. The address change was to be done within the same constituency i.e. 41- Ghatlodia Vidhan Sabha in Ahmedabad.
Despite various reminders & personally inquiring at the Collectorate office, I have still not been issued a new card with the new address.

I too applied for new Voters ID card at Mumbai ->Ghatkopar(EAST)before the deadline date by filling Form 6 and providing necessary details for ID and address proof ...Does anyone know whom to approach ?
