They have not honoured business commitment and feel bad for placing order with you.
1) As confirmed by them, written order confirmation has to be forwarded after my confirmation. Not done after my repeat emails.
2) Payment was made on 24.06.2011 and the Cheque was deposited on 28.06.2011 by their rep., with an Delay of 2 working days.
3) Payment was credited to their account on Wed (29.06.11) afternoon.
4) As per the commitment, product should be delivered within 2 hrs of payment.
5) Still now, it was not delivered and the local representative talk rubbish.
We are totally dissatisfied with the service and would like to cancel the order. Requested to return Rs 5000/- immediately.
No Response event after talking to them (Tel No. [protected]). They operate web site in the name www.connectindia.com
