[Resolved]  Vyom Labs Pvt. Ltd. — Unethical way of running business

Company hires "only" those Computer/Electronics engineering graduates who have passed out 2 or 3 years before.
While joining, employees are required to sign a 2.5 years service agreement (bond) with the company, to which if employee fails to complete, he will be responsible for paying Rs. 2.5 lakhs to the company.

Vyom Labs provide training to those people on any of Oracle technologies such as Remedy, iApps, JDEdwards etc. for some 2-3 months and then create their "fake" resumes/profiles mentioning experience in the range of 3 to 6 years.

Vyom Labs send those profiles to other software companies in market posing as consultants and outsource those employees who have mere months of training as IT professionals. Those who can not clear interviews taken by hiring companies, are forced to give training to new batch that they hire.

The outsourced employees are on payroll of Vyom Labs. For work done by those employees, Vyom Labs charge huge amount of money from those companies and pay very little salary to the employees.

Once employee signs the bond, he/she is trapped for 2.5 years and company can do anything it want.

such company should be banned.
My review is solely based on my personal experience from February, 2011 to January, 2013 at Vyom Labs.

PROS -
I was very apprehensive before joining the organization due to bad online reviews. But, even then I took a chance to start my career with Vyomlabs. I found it is a good company for a fresher because it works in very niche technology/domain in IT. I found good cordial environment. My manager (Kunal Sonawala) gave me enough opportunities to learn & grow in 2 years of tenure. My team (Shomit, Atul, Prasad, Adil & Dhiraj) was very cooperative & helpful.

Learning & Training - ITIL Foundation, ITIl CSI Intermediate Level, BMC ITSM tool overview, workshops on SPIN Selling, Google Analytics.

I showed eager to learn & commitment to work and all above I got.

CONS -
People may be dissatisfied with the salary package. Vyomlabs doesn't give enough salary to freshers as they invest a lot in training & personality development. But this doesn't mean that you won't get good salary. At the time of confirmation (6 month after joining), I got almost 70% hike.
