[Resolved]  Wadhwani construction, Pune — Parking in Sai Atharva

Sir,
I am staying in Sai Atharva, Pimple Saudagar, Pune.
The builder had alloted me the parking.
I have the parking allotment letter given by the builder.
But, now the builder is saying, he can not allot as there are less number of parking space.
(Note: we were the first few who had booked the flat in the pre-launch, promised us to give the covered parking but now he is refusing, also the parking were alloted randomly.)

we were the first 10 bookers in the 92 flat apartment.

Sir, now I have this as a life-long pain as even if I want to sell this flat I will not able to do so in the absence of parking and have a feeling that I have been cheated badly by wadhwani construction.

Totally agree with you.
I have exactly the same problems.
From the promised facilities none of the following are given yet (8 months after possession!!!)
1>Club house
2>CCTV
3>Intercom
4>Parking...the 'place' that they are providing me can not be called as parking as I can't even park a scooter over there, forget about car like Maruti Swift)

Absolutely useless customer care department...I must have already spent(wasted) a couple of thousand in follow ups and a few thousand in traveling to Pune from Mumbai.

I strongly recommend NOT to even think of buying a flat from ANY of projects by Wadhwani Constructions...unless you really want to waste your hard earned money!!!

My experience with wadhwani is just like yours.
Wadhwani and its illeterate workers (like chapekar and bedi and many others, wadhwani has bunch of jokers with them)
All o[censored]s, residents at sai sree and sai atharva have been cheated by wadhwani.
May they never rest in peace after all they have troubled so much.
They will have to repent for the non sense they have done so far.

I am ready to launch something legal to be processed and go ahead AGAINST WADHVANI BUILDERS on this cheating and bad quality work.

After all we have spent so much in purchasing this and waiting a long 1 yr nearly after the Said possession date.

Still awaiting for the completion letter. No idea when we shall get that.

You guys shud not have any problem reaching me!

And its my humble request if some official body / governs this site - then please do take some ACTION against the builder on this cheat.

Also to the public, please do not PURCHASE THE FLAT UN LESS AND UNTILL YOU MAKE EVERY THING FINAL AND RECONFIRM...

I really agree with all of the above. I have also bought the flat in Sai atharva and still waiting for completion letter. I am also really really tired of this builder and want some action to be taken.

Wadhwani construction has a very bad image city wise.
I have heard lots of court cases are running against them.
Customers having bought flats feel they are cheated in all the fronts.
Wadhwani construction building license should be cancelled.
Lets start posting our experience on wadhwani and should they not able to sell a single flat.
I totally agree with all o[censored].
They have created lot of troubles for their customers.
All existing customers are not even asked to sit down at their office for discussing society issues or theoir personal problems.
They are asked to wait for hours before some one could meet them.
Focus is only on the new customers.
They should be taught lessons for making customers fool
I agree. During purchase they will give all the time they have in the world and would treat you very well; but when you go to them with a issue, they will make you wait and behave like you are a beggar. They will make you run from here and there. There is not a single person whom you can talk to or blame on. sales team will tell you to go and talk to office mgmt team; they will intern ask u to talk to engineers; engineers will tell you that they don't have sufficient privileges to take a call and so on. Even if you can talk to somebody after roaming around for days; they will talk very illogical and illiterate manner.
Not only that; they don't even have proper quality control. it's upto you to go and check your flat work and let them know about issues. For possession also you have to keep pushing them.
They totally forget that they have taken lakhs and lakhs of rupees from the customer. You will feel like cheated.

But lately I have seen these guys are doing something in the front of:-
Builder agreed for:-
1.Transparency / Logical allocation of parking (booking order)
2.Club house
3.CCTV camera
4.Landscaping of the garden

I Agree with all the above complaints against this Builder Waadwani Construction. Builder has cheated us all and we need to raise our voice and concern with media / consumer forum.
I bought an appt in Sai Vastu, the quality of work is like a street side builder, very low grade cannot describe here in detail. Any one would like to know can mail me @ [protected]@gmail.com or call me at +91 [protected].
Everyone Need to Raise the voice for the Justification of the service and dilevery of the product. My belive is that just need to file the plinth case against the builder then only he will realise the Voice o[censored]nity and won't dare to miss propogate the information. He need to compensate for the things he has not delivered to the Customers.
Very trustworthy, considerate builder. Listens to customer and explains with much clarity. I am in teaching profession and booked a 3 BHK apartment in his Ganeesham-Phase II project in the “I” building. I could see this apartment as a cozy-comfortable and safe place for my family. I believe it is the success of this well established builder when the customer actually thinks of his projects as HOME and not just an investment. So far by now the construction quality of my project is good. I am treated well by the builder, sales staff and even the construction team. Probably its because I believe in "you get what you give". Mr. Dharmesh Wadhwani is a open minded person, he takes the suggestions, feedback, complaints very positively. He helps his staff in providing good service to the customer. I got nothing to complain.
I totally agree with the above complaints. It's my humble request to all the peoples who want to book the flats at any site of Wadhwani Construction. Plese think n times before. You will be cherated like us E.g. The quality of construction is not only worst but also the aminities which are mentioned at the time of booking were not fulfiled.
E.g. In Sai Shree CCTV & Intercom should have to be given by builder.
Now bulider is saying it's paid serive which is outsourced by us & we'll not responsible for this. If you face any problem just contact to the outsourced company.

For CCTC you have to take cable connection from outsourced company (that means you can't take aby private dish like Dish TV) & for Intercom you need to take a BSNL conncetion from outsourced company.
yes the builder is the worst builder.
i suggest you all dont book any flat with him.

please please never book any flat from this builder. this is most notorious builder in city
Hitesh (locate above) has now booked a flat with Wadhwanis and as per our detail talk he has got good rate and the required guidance as well as help. He is happy. The construction quality of the projects done by Wadhwanis is good, rate is very reasonable as compared to others, and its good to buy property in Pune since the city is ranked 3rd in India for the maximum returns on investment (20-30 percent per annum).Pimpale Saudagar is booming with 80 m wide ring road- a direct route to Hinjewadi from Nashik Phata, metro rail etc. etc. So think again about this.
I have taken flat in sai prem park.we are having following problems
1. Nikon lift is not working properly. building is saying that you are not using lift properly.
2. All the tiles of the near to lift are broken.
3. parking problem is there.

Any body can suggest me what action we can take againts the Nirmal wadhwani?

Also I want to suggest one thing please avoid to puchase flat from wadwani constrction.

I have taken flat at huge cost in SAI PREM PARK.
The builder has committed lots of things and most of the things are not upto the satisfied level.

Common problems
1) The life which is provided is junk (assembled using the local parts from the market). I am not sure what warranty builder has got for this. I feel any builder who fits lift must have taken the lift maintenance contract as well.
2) The builder is so funny that he denies the things very straight forward.
3) The playground equipments are not yet installed - not sure whether builder will do it or not.
4) The Gymnasium is not yet ready and not sure what will be size of it (before building construction it was told that it will be huge).
5) The material used is local with the cheap labor.
6) The Nirmal Wadhwani as name says is not that much Nirmal... he forgot the meaning of his name and now a days he do not entertain anybody who has taken flat from him (because he got what he was looking for ... MONEY)
7) The name of society is SAI PREM PARK and builder should at least be afraid of GOD, after all he is earning money by GOD's name...
9) The GIRISH is no more with the wadhwani now a days...otherwise he is the person who always finds excuses just like Nirmal Wadhwani...
10) The builder is good provided he has ethics to talk to the people from whom he has earned money.
8) I will suggest to take strong action against builder in case he is not listening the society people...at least he should complete the things he committed...
In other society by Dharmesh Wadhwani (brother of Nirmal), the society people have already filed case in consumer court.
i totally agree with u. but i dont think what u tell about girish bcz he was the person
when he was here was trying to do the work n satisfied me upto 60 to 70%.
