I have purchased 3BHK in Ganesham. I found nothing wrong in builder. He found polite, respectful and troustworthy. I can see he considered many small small things while building Ganesham which you need from home and just a flat. As far as parking is concern, you guys should understand the limitations as well. If every flay carrying 1 or 2 cars, one bike and one activa like for husbad and wife seperate, from where builder will arrange the parking. For 8 storey building, how much floors will be needed for parking.
Boss understand its business and not charity. regarding quality of work, do you guys think Dharmesh or Nirmal should stand with labours to see how they are doing. Are you all doing this when you assign tasks to your subordinates? I believe all people who are complaining here are from IT. Have you ever delivered without bugs or fool prrof testing? if yes then whats bug fixing where we are charging customers for headcounts with lacks and lacks of billing?
Noone does charity in this world and in business you have to be as sharp as possible. Otherwise there is no use of complaining on net. No builders in Mumbai, Pune & bangalore I have seen fulfilled everything. Either choose before selecting or accept what comes to your plate.
Things can be solved politely and with understanding and not by complaining and complaining. Its easier to get ignored than getting attention. I am notsaying that I am fully satishfied by Builder but I understand the limitations and try to get my problems solved by getting done by builder if possible else from outside by paying.
1) Parking problems cannot be solved I understand but was you aware before booking that number of flats are more than parking and allotment will be done at last by lottrey? If yes then its your fault an if no then your bad luck.
2)CCTV is the total useless machine. It will work only for a year and after that when it need money for repare / replacement will you pay? I dont think so. and same is for intercom. Seen many societies people remove the cable from intercoms as they dont want to get disturbed.
3) Gymnesium: How much do you think you like exercise? If so tell me how much mins atleast you walk in monring?
4) Fifts: Every builder says do not use lifts while shifting household goods. Does anyone listents ? Ask yourself how you shifted your material in Sai ambiance or Prem etc..

hemantppt this guy is replying for wadhwani. He might be Mr. D since I am used to his replies all stupid answers he will give to your problems. Man what you need to change is your quality and visit all your previous projects and fix the problems.
Its Builders responsibility to maintain and inspect quality.
Sir this justification is total improve your quality of work and dont promise anything if you cant fulfill.
Your projects are not Super Luxurious they fall into low budget quality homes with high prices you quoting.
I would suggest visit any of his building and talk to owners staying there before booking or even thinking.
I agree with one thing most of the ppl staying in his Projects are IT people so better to read your internal company forum for "Wadhwani builder" I am sure you will find really bad feedback.

Guys, I m looking for a resale flat in Ganessham phase II. After reading all the comments here, I am skeptical about it. I understand that most of the reviews are for Sai Atharva and previous properties but can you guys please help me with specific reviews about Ganeesham. It will be really helpful in taking any further decision.

The feedback written here is from people living in his projects prior to Ganesham so its like if ganesham is at number X all projects before X are of bad quality with lot of issues. Ganesham is recent project where ppl have started shifting in and also facing lot of issues. You can come and talk to Ganesham's Chairmen as well.
All in his previous projects ppl are suffering from lot of issues like quality of flat, construction etc
along with the lifts fitted by him are of poor quality atlanta where builder is not taking any responsibility and blaming ppl that they lifts are not working since ppl dont know how to operate them. Funny thing is he has given same excuse in all his societies..
Wadhwani builder falls in Home Loan departments least preferred builder category as well due to lot of quality issues from ppl.

I start with zero rating to Wadhwani Construction. Not only the flats, the row house project, Mayureshwar is no good. If anyone wishes to see the actual work quality of Wadhwani, please visit Sai Nisarg, Mayureshwar. The sight is a reality shock to people who place full faith and purchase house to lead a peaceful life ahead but believe me it is a nightmare. As some of them have pointed, Wadhwani is good to people only till the time the sale deed is made thereafter they just ctrl+Alt+delete people from their list.

I am planning to buy flat at Sai Vision-Ambiance at pimple saudagar. When I visited the buidling, looks good but here I saw many users get cheated by the same builders.
If someone have good idea about Sai Vision-Ambiance project, please share your thoughts and views.

last week i saw flat in Vision-Ambiance at pimple saudagar. I feel it good. but as per Ashish above i am also very much concerned about reviews above.

If you want to buy house please dont buy with Wadhwani or any xxxxxni guy for that matter in Pimpale Saudagar area. Go for some reliable builder
what you loose
1. Quality - Poor brick work, plumbing leakages in major areas like bathroom, flooring is not levelled.
2. All promises but no work
3. Parking is a big problem your house is of no use if the parking slots alloted are just for name. I would say the road side parking slots are much bigger than his.
4. Overall aminities are of poor quality, the project doesnt look super luxerious types.
5. There is no Customer Care department you are on your own.
6. Poor and cheap lifts, china made from atlanta which doesnt work most the time.
7. Residents have to unite and spend lot of time in meeting and taking action against builder even after 2 years.
If you want to waste your hard earn money and dont care about the EMI you pay then only you should be buying it.
