I purchased the said car in mar 2007 and got it serviced thrice from swani motors jalandhar during the first year of purcha se. recently the car start giving smell of gas while driving at slow speed. i went to swani motors for the repair of the fault. On enquiring from them I came to know that during the last two years they have not serviced the gas kit of the car and now they are saying to change the diaphragm of the gas kit.
Sir, firstly the fault is oin the part of the company who neither serviced the gas kit nor told me anytime to get it serviced. so why should I be penalised for the fault of the company.if the company has no engineer to service the gas kit why the company is launching such a vehicle.
