[Resolved]  wagon r duo lxi — issue of lpg details certificate for rto registration

sir,
i purchased wagon r duo from coimbatore and sent it for registration to uttranchal, my home town.
there RTO is insisting for a certificate from company having folling details
1. kit serial no
2. kit type
3. kit manufacturers name
4. workshop
5. licence no.
6. cylinder sl. no
7. installation date
8. pollution norms
9. approval letter
10. approval date

in this regard it is requested that the details may be forwarded urgently so that i will intimate it to the RTo . in case any suggestion pl inform urgently as my temp registreation is getting over on 27th dec
