1. Ref my letter No 40883/TS/IT Return dt 17 Jul 2009 and 25 Oct 2009.
2. I have submitted the proof of saving throught the above mentioned letters. With regret, may i bring to your notice that i have not receive any IT refund against the savings submitted for the assessment year 2008/09.
3. May i reguest you to kindly take appropriate action at the earliest.
