[Resolved]  Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt. Ltd. — wrong information and no refund

Respected Sir,

I wish to invite your attention and inform you that, i was approached by executive of Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt. Ltd and informed me that, please invest Rs.15500/- approx and in return company will send you monthly Rs.2000/- profit. Thereafter, i signed on the blank application form wherein, the executive of Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt. Ltd. said that he will fill all the forms and send the copies of the same to me.

Having faith on him i issued cheque of Rs.15517/- dated 03.09.2010 in the month of October-2010 but since than, i have not recieved 'Welcome Kit' nor copy of application form from Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt. ltd.

To my surprise i do not have any e-mail id and the electronic contract is sent to my e-mail id which does not exist. I asked Mr.Pandey of Way2Wealth as to why i have not received the Welcome Kit or information about opening my account for which Mr.Pandey said we have already sent courier to your residential address registered with us and also an e-mail at your e-mail id which is [protected]@gmail.com. I informed that, i do not have e-mail id then how cum this e-mail id is mentioned in the application form for which the executive who filled the form answered that this e-mail id is provided by way2wealth brokers pvt. ltd.

I requested them to close my account and send all the money i invested back to me alongwith interest for which i received Rs.10,000/-. Another request i put before Way2Wealth Brokers pvt. ltd. to refund the balance amount refund for which Mr.Pande and Mr.Monik Panchal said that they will not refund the balance amount as the same is invested in some sort of scheme which is non-refundable. I requested that i am poor man and the money is my hard earned money which you have to return amicably. Way2Wealth denied to refund the balance money ie Rs.5000/- approximately.

Thereafter, I sent form dated 11-Jan-2011 by Reg.Ad ie. Mandate to issue Contract in Electronic and Non-Electronic Form' addressed to Way2Wealth Brokers pvt. ltd., Frontline Grandeur, Ground Floor, No.14, Walton Road, Bangalore-560001 and also to Mr.Monik Panchal, Way2Wealth Brokers pvt. Ltd., Way2Wealth Brokers pvt. ltd., Gala No.503, 5th Floor, Grace Chambers, Chakala, Andheri-east, Mumbai-400099 with a request to update the correct residential address, e-mail id, phone numbers, mobile numbers and also to send the copies of the said application form which was filled and submited by Way2Wealth executive for my account opening.

I say that, i received no response in writing from Way2Wealth for the above letter and hence i sent another letter dated 15-Jan-2011 by regd.ad requesting them to send the Welcome Kit for which i have not received any response till date.

Therefore, i request you to help me to get my balance amount of Rs.5000/- from Way2wealth Brokers Pvt. Ltd. as Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt. Ltd. has quoted wrong information in the account opening application form ie. address and e-mail id. Also they have not sent any Welcome Kit, copies of the Account opening form, the papers of the scheme in which they have invested my money.
