My number is 25506237. My Internet is dead from 6-feb-10. my broadband plan is Unlimited.
I have booked complaint on 8-feb-10 but can't solve the problem still same, again I complain they give me new docket no which is 2006 on 22-feb-10 but again without solving the problem closed old docket no and again give new docket no 9986 on 4-march-10.
I had visited on mankhurd exchange on 25-feb-10 and change my router but my problem is not solved.
Whole month I havn't used Internet but still paying the bills only.
Sir I am loosing my work i haven’t work with internet broadband. So please do needful as soon as possible.
