[Resolved]  Welcome petrol pump saket — pushing the button before the petrol was delivered.

On 29th Mar 2010 at around 6:10 p.m I went to Welcome petrol pump to fill petrol. At the pump no.4 I requested to fill 300 Rs petrol in the tank and asked them that I will make the payment by Credit card. The attendent Dilip Kumar took the card from me and gave it to some other person to swipe. He pressed 300 Rs amt on the machine and the petrol was running into the tank. Meanwhile other attendent came and asked me to sign the copy of the receipt of the card. He stood near the window of the car and blocked my vision of the machine. As i was looking at the receipt from the space between his elbow i saw the attendent Dilip Kumar putting his hand in the mould (were the petrol pipe is kept at rest) and stopping the supply of petrol though the petrol pipe was still in the tank of my car. I immediately asked him as to what is this he is doing ?(as I was unaware of such a practice), why he put his hand in the mould where the pipe is rested, first he told me that he has not done such a thing and when I asked him to put 100 Rs more petrol and i put my hand in the same place and pressed the machine stopped. Seeing this he admitted, the petrol pump manager also came and admitted his mistake and asked me to get more petrol free of cost. I went to the owner who was at the petrol pump and he said that he has no idea of what is going on and asked me to take some more petrol and leave. I retaliated as i am coming at this petrol pump for the last one and a half year and I am being cheated. I lodged a fir with the police also but no response. I am tring to get to the salesmanager of the area but on that day till today his no. is not reachable. I still tring to contact IOC. Kindly help.
