[Resolved] West Style Furniture — WORST QUALITY SOFA (SINGLE 3 SEATER - MEGA)

Hello All, I bought a MEGA Sofa from this dealer from the exhibition held at Kanteerava Indoor stadium, Bangalore on 10-Dec-06 (booked), which was delivered on 10-Jan-07. While giving the display these people seems to be too good with prompt promises. They promised of 10 years warranty, but when the delivery was done there was no Warranty card. After using for a long 1 year the stiches are getting removed, the uppper layer of the sofa is getting removed. I am calling there numbers many times but the phone numbers are invalid nor they will be switched off. Really NO BODY SHOULD VISIT THE EXHIBITION NOR BOOK THE PRODUCTS HERE. I am really frustrated, dont know wht needs to be done. I know i have been cheated a big amount of Rs.15000/- for a MEGA 3 Seater SOFA. Plz help me!!! Thanks, Prasad KV Was this information helpful? I too bougt a 3 unit sofa set for Rs.27000 in jan-2007. Within about 1-year the top layer of the foam-leather of the sofas started peeling off and now it looks horrible. I am not able to contact them as none of their phone numbers are working. It is a heavy loss of money to me. The sofa is an eye-sore to me and to my guests. If anybody has their correct phone number, please mail to me

WEST STYLE FURNITURE/SOFA — DELIVERING OF SOFA

In the month of Sept2008 at an exhibition of home appliances and accessories at kanteerva stadium we booked a sofaset with WEST STYLE FURNITURE vide order no 112 dt 7.9.08 and paid an advance of Rs 5000against a total amount of Rs 24000, As we expected our flat to be ready by oct2008.since the flat was completly ready by end of Oct2008 we paid an additional of Rs 5000 in the month of Nov2008 as requested by the company( which was collected personally).Ever since then we are pursuing with him for either delivery of Sofa or refund of the money.The mobile no indicated in the bill is [protected] which most of the time goes unanswered.PLEASE HELP US BY PUBLISHING THIS ARTICLE IN TIMES OF INDIA SO THAT NO OTHER PEOPLE FALL PREY TO SUCH FRAUD COMPANIES IN THE EXHIBITIONS.
