Later on it was retracted and not published in hard copy of times of india but still it is showing in google search engine on typing my name Meghna Chotaliya. This is causing harm to my reputation on professiona front as well as personal front. Request you to remove it from google search...

I have not received today's Supplement of ECONOMIC TIMES - PANACHE Dated 4th JUNE 2025which should have come with today's Edition of ECONOMIC TIMES....

I am a subscriber of TOI newspaper since years. My subscription number is CH[protected]. On 21st January I requested CRM, Chennai to discontinue supply of newspaper at my Chennai address and start delivery at my new address at Coimbatore effective of first February 2025. Though my request was acknowledged promptly, no action was initiated despite my repeated followup on 23.01.25 30.01.25 01.02.25, 02.02.25, 03.02.25, 17.02.25 and 18.02.25...

I have purchased a subscription of 12 months newspaper on 20 January 2025 (Order ID: QL[protected] from the field person who does home visits. My newspaper delivery was to start from 23 Jan 2025. I called multiple times and raised complaints to TOI on and after 23 January 2025. I also wrote a mail. They acknowledged and gave me a complaint ID (GMR-208682) but no solution came for few days.

Hi,

I renewed my subscription last month for times of India news paper. I am not getting paper since 10 days. I made first complaint on 3rd April (Complaint no .[protected] and followed by several calls but no use. I think support persons are not capable to resolve or there don’t care customer. I thought Times of India is a reputed organisation.

I am upset with your service so either you escalate the issue to your management or I have to approach Consumer court to get refund my subscription fee.

I am resident of Bikaner Rajasthan. Gouri news paper agency shivbadi road Bikaner ([protected], [protected]) has charged Rupees 8.25 for a copy where as its mrp is Rupee 5.
I objectioned and his response was, since TOI is not printed in Bikaner so we charge this much, and that too after 40 days of delivery he told me.
Sir news paper is not a commodity that one can buy and later sell it on higher prices to earn profit even at the same time news paper is enjoying all the benefits of govt schemes and subsidy.

Kindly look into and suggest course of action.

Hi, there was an article published in Times of India news paper on 21st March 2026 written by Anoothi Vishal.

I need your assistance to understand 2 points regarding the article:
1. There is image in article featuring 'Biryani' whereas 'Gujiyas and Papadi' are mainly cooked and enjoyed. This has been written in the article as well. Can you help me to understand, is it not an attempt to promote certain food only in the name of festval?
2. Holi festival is linked with story of Bhakt Prahalad and Holika. However, information like : "Aab-e pashi", "It was celebrated with the same spirit of joy by Mughal aris .." etc. etc. featuring Mughals is presented here.

This whole article seems an attempt an attempt to change the narrative of people by providing irrelevant information of very famous festival of Hindus? What are the intentions behind it?

May i request your kind assistance to help me understand above highlighted pointers please?

We had paid the subscription Rs.5099/-for 3yrs with gift of zebronics Head phone.The paper was continue from 10th Jan-24 but gift not come yet.

Serval phone calls to your representative by toll free number. But they did not know about gift. Pls sent the gift to my residence.

However, when i made a similar request to Ms. Divya for repeating my daughters matter in TOI 15 Dec by pay an amount of Rs 8800/- for four add in four Sundays. Delivery not started

I am from Sector 82 Noida I am a regular subscriber of toi i paid my yearly full payment also but from january 25th to till date i have not received any of newspaper even single day delivery also not received. I already made many complaints but you are not resolved to deliver my daily paper. I am requesting you kindly look into the issue. My customer id is :DL[protected]

I am a regular subscriber for last 4 years for the digital print edition of Times of India.
For last 1 week the reading is blocked by advertisement, despite subscriptions paid twice as directed.
But the blockage remains

I wish to read newpapers viz. Times of India, Economic Times with wealth edition. I donot wish to subscribe any premier news services.

There is a steep rise in periodical subscription which also needs to be clarified by the TOI

For last two months paper getting delivered around 9 am instead of 6:30 AM. I have raised multiple compliant to Times of India about deficiency in services in delivering newspaper by their authorized vendors. There is no action taken or response despite multiple calls and complaint register through emails. Every time when i raise complaint next day I receive notification to complete the feedback without taking any action. Complaints reference GMR 159026, 01396702, 01387668, 0137189. I have paid yearly subscription and renewed in the month of Jan '24 and asking for refund due to deficiency in services and responsiveness

I had subscribed for 6 months TOI and ET combo on 01 Jan 24(TS3002948A), the delivery of newspapers was to commence from 04 Jan 24. I had lodged complaints on the customer care Complaint No 01389031 dated 05 Jan 24 and Complaint No 01389992 dated 08 Jan 24.However, till date the newspaper delivery has not started.
