Website: regarding refund of subscription

I had paid Rs. 1199/- for a newspaper subscription on 13th February 2026, with delivery scheduled to begin on 25th February 2026. On 26th February 2026, I raised a request to cancel my subscription under complaint ID 02262872.

Despite repeated follow-ups, I am still awaiting the refund. I kindly urge you to process the refund at the earliest, as the delay has already caused considerable inconvenience....

I have subscribed TOI for 2 years on 25-Jul-25 where TOI agent and TOI website assured me, I will receive a gift after 45 days (i.e. after 7-Sept-25). I approached Yogesh Bhalerao (Tilak Nagar, Chembur-W, Mumbai) agent of TOI at least 3/4 times, sent msg on Whatsapp, sent an email but NO REPLY.

An article was publshed in Times of India e copy on 5 June 2023 regarding " Woman assaulted for feeding animals on road" featuring my name Meghna Chotaliya. Later on it was retracted and not published in hard copy of times of india but still it is showing in google search engine on typing my name Meghna Chotaliya. I am a subscriber of TOI newspaper since years. My subscription number is CH[protected]. On 21st January I requested CRM, Chennai to discontinue supply of newspaper at my Chennai address and start delivery at my new address at Coimbatore effective of first February 2025. I have purchased a subscription of 12 months newspaper on 20 January 2025 (Order ID: QL[protected] from the field person who does home visits. My newspaper delivery was to start from 23 Jan 2025. I called multiple times and raised complaints to TOI on and after 23 January 2025. I also wrote a mail. They acknowledged and gave me a complaint ID (GMR-208682) but no solution came for few days.

I had subscribed for 6 months TOI and ET combo on 01 Jan 24(TS3002948A), the delivery of newspapers was to commence from 04 Jan 24. I took a yearly subscription to TOI of 490 rs for 12 months on 1st Feb, 2021. I was supposed to receive newspaper daily morning via door delivery. However, I have not received any newspaper..not even once. It has been almost a month since I made the payment for the subscription and I have not received any paper till now.
