I had given my New Raymond Jacket at your South city branch at Ludhiana for drycleaning vide Your reciept No. LSC-319 Dt. 2nd Nov 2009.
It was damaged while drycleaning. I had been persuing the matter since then but no one listened to me or my wife who visited the branch several times for the same.
After so much persuals your customer care is trying to give me damaged jacket, and presurrising me to accept as it is, when refused their customer care at [protected] Ms. Deepti was very unpolite with my wife.
Your claim " White Tiger, the first and only ISO Certified company in the country providing laundry and dry cleaning services proves that we offer superior quality to our customers who expect nothing but excellence."
I want that my complaint must be registered in your complaint register which is mandatory, and I insist to the ISO certifying body to check my compliant.
If you donot mind send me copy of your ISO certificate and contact of certifying body.

suit — got damaged after one use.
HAi my shelf shahid i bought two suit from big Bazar pune fatima Nagar and it got damaged after one month, i visited the Big bazar outlet and aked them to replce but they said it will replce within a 15 days but since last 1 month i hvae not yet received any update from big Bazar i think big Bazar is making fool to all o[censored]s by giving Some discounts.
