Hello! I am very disappointed by the services offered by your noida branch. My dress was returned with a burn hole on the sleeve. I took it back and I was told that they would investigate. Today the executive from your shop disconnected my phone and refused to answer it when I called. I had returned the dress on Monday, today was the first time I called after waiting for 2 days for an answer and your executive was so rude to me. They had said that they would send me a video recording of the process that my dress went through but I have received nothing, instead they are accusing me of burning the dress.
This is highly unprofessional behaviour and totally unacceptable from a ISO certified company. Please look into the matter and let me know what to do

I have been using the services of White Tiger Drycleaners at D Block, South City II, Nirvana Country, Gurgaon, for about 1 ½ years. The services have been satisfactory until now.

I gave my brand new silk suit for the first time for drycleaning. When i got it back there was a big hole in it. I asked for a claim. After 3 months they say they can approve only Rs 500/-. My suit was for 2500/-. I asked for a claim of Rs 2000/-....
