[Resolved]  Win Cable — cable operator not acting on complaint

I've been complaining about the non-functioning of the digital cable tv service to the cable tv operator (win cable), however these people have not acted on it yet. Please help/suggest as to what can I do to get the cable tv service running at my home. I have paid in advance for 3 months of cable tv service. They do not provide any bill.

i mohd vasim i had taken a cable connection on 14 july 2011 the cable operater had taken a yearly amt of 2500 rs from me and the set top box was given to me was used and they told me after one week we will provide u a new set top box till now they din't provide me a new set top box and the cable was not working properly i am complaing from last 10 days they are solving problem and taken the connection from my house today on 2 aug 2011 and they r not giving my money back now tell me what i do and they r using a bad languages attemiming to fight is there is any leagle action to be taken please help me facing many problem from my cable operator
