I am a customer of win cable since 2006, i paid 600rs for the cable in september after which i shifted to new place and had a connection there after septembee nobody came to take the payment as the cable was even. Not working, complaints were done but they ask to install set top box. In january 10th we installed set top box and paid 1000rs for installation. Now they came asking to pay balance of 1500rs to continue the service and disconnected...

cable operator not acting on complaint

I've been complaining about the non-functioning of the digital cable tv service to the cable tv operator (win cable), however these people have not acted on it yet. Please help/suggest as to what can I do to get the cable tv service running at my home. I have paid in advance for 3 months of cable tv service. They do not provide any bill....
