Very True. Windchimes Communications is a cheat. I have suffered too. When i left after the financial year, they didn't even talk about the bonus. When i saw this complaint i realized that how cheap Nimesh is.

I have absolutely no Idea who is writing this stuff with their fake names. I worked with this organisation and no one named 'palak' worked there.Even I have left in the end of financial year and I got my salary on time. One of my very good friends in the organisation called me and told me that there are these complaints put up in consumer complaints forum. I think I should lodge a complaint with these people for tarnishing an image of a company. I cant believe an employee could have been so dissatisfied. So Miss Palak and Siddhu whoever you guys are try being a little bit professional and work little harder in the next place to go to.
How can we believe that Ms. poulomi works there and is being paid to write this..

Cause some people have the dignity in the industry... N some people are not stupid... Wat abt two complaints which are framed???? ... Call me [protected]... I work in an another company ... N quite well to do to some cheap stuff... OR search google search her... u will know where she is now.. ADIOS!
We have never had an employee by the name of ‘Palak’ on our records. Since this is a fictional employee, the credibility of the complaint is under question.

I don't know how Windchimes Communications behaves with its employee's. However, I have done some business with them and I must confess they are disgusting to work with. Nimesh Shah has no idea of professionalism. He works like a shopkeeper and talks in the most disgusting of ways posssible. Seems quite possible that he is cheap and he cheats his employee's too.

totally agree...Nimesh Shah only knows how to yell at people & he calls himself as very proffesional and thinks other's as unproffesional...he has the attitude as if he owns a MNC and not a unheard and unknown company like "windchimes".
He must first learn how to talk with people and then say himself as proffesional.

Nimesh Shah is a CHEAT. He cheats people like anything. He is better off running a groceries shop. Windchimes Communicarions is a good for nothing social spamming company.

Poulomi Sengupta is putting her cell number on internet to prove that she is real. that's the strength of her defense. can you guys do the same thing? for starters what are your real names? are you guys on linked-in.. i check Poulomi Sengupta 's linked-in profile, she has worked at wind-chimes. we have a common friend on facebook. so i know she is real.
what about you? what proves your existence? if we know you exist, then we can directly talk to you and about the problems you faced with Wind-chimes.

Windchimes is really a good company to work with, one of my friend also work there. He is from MICA and he is very happy there. Stop faking and hurting someone reputation with false statements. Get life Mr. Fake!
Let me tell you why people have to use fake IDs and names. It's because we are currently employed and we do not wish to be associated with this agency. Often, our CVs do not even have Windchimes listed on it simply because it's too pathetic and cheap a place to be associated with.
Plus, we do not make it a habit to come here online and write these things about organisations. We know it reflects badly on a person if he/she goes out of his/her way to spoil the name of a company. Windchimes deserves it though. People, especially freshers/youngsters/interns need to know about how fraudulent they are.
