[Resolved] wine shops in noida — charging higher than mrp on every product | |||
dear sir, this is to inform you that in noida the wine shops are not selling their products on the printed MRP. they are charging very high rates during the normal store timings. for eg. printed MRP on a beer is rs 75 and they are selling it for 100 rs. and if somebody ask aur argue on the printed rates they say" jo karna h karle sabko hafta dena hota hai aur koi kch nhi ukhaad sakta hamara". sir, even the local police is also aware of the fact but cant take any action due to political pressure. so i request you kindly look into the matter and do the needful. thanks n regards resident of noida Was this information helpful? | |||

Yes i am also agree about the the fact that the wine shops are charging a lot and more than their product MRP like if you purchase a beer of MRP Rs 77, but you have to pay Rs 100 of 110, that too without Bill, and if you compliant for the same to the shop keeper will behave like a Gunda and corropted Police officer, he tells to the buyer that, every body know about the fact.
Threrefore my requested to only honest offficial to take some effective Action the shop keeper in sec 50 noida market with the brand of "Modal shop".
I also request to the Excise officers to take some necessary action agiant him.

You may also raise a complaint with central excise or consumer foram.
Going to consumer foram shall not be advisable as it result nothing rather than proving harassment to consumer itself. Dont get excited by advertisement Jago Grahak Jago it is just to fool.
