Why did you eat the sandwich when it was stale and smelling pathetically!!! I understand the fault is with airlines for serving stale food, however you are at a bigger fault by eating the stale food and spoiling your health.

Go to the airline website and submit a complaint, alternatively you can call the airline call center and ask them to provide you with complaint/escalation point who will work with you to resolve your issue.

TCS — Registered Post NOT delivered.

I have send a registered post on 26-Aug-2008 from Gurgaon to Dholpur, but it has not ben delivered yet. Please track it. Its urgent for me.

DOEACC B-Level is recognized by MHRD as MCA, the highest authority in India to recognize qualifications. Even AICTE's recognition can be declared null and void by MHRD. Please understand that this is not a choice to the organizations but a compulsion from MHRD. B-Level candidates has to be taken where MCA is the desired qualification, otherwise a case of discrimination can be filed against the said organization.

How come our students who have qualified A level or B level are readily offered jobs by the same companies that you claim do not recognize the qualifications? Sorry to say that our experiance is completely different from yours.

I have been humiliated so many times in big companies. one HR from NIIT said me that DOEACC B level is not at all recognized by the company. passing DOEACC B Level after 10 + 2 is just like having no graduation!!! I have been rejected by many other big organizations because they say DOEACC courses are correspondence. once a BIG company gave me the chance to appear for the interview then the Interviewer just insulted me by saying company has degraded their standard in picking up the candidates. what worst you can expect ? doesn't matter how tough the doeacc b level is, doesn't matter if it is recognized by the highest educational authorities in India...all matters is a regular graduation!

I have lost all the hopes of getting a job in any BIG company.

I really appreciate you for the complaints against this discrimination. In fact, it is a high time for the DOEACC students to take it seriously and raise our voice against the authority, organizations or the companies.

We are with you in this matter. Don't lose hope.

i am not saying that companies do not give jobs to doeacc students, but i bet you no BIG MNC would even invite you for interview..i have been thorugh this

and i would suggest every student of doeacc that please have some regular degree(bcom, bsc, btech etc) along with the doeacc!

i dont know when the mentality of big companies will change, but i can only advice students so that they do not face the situation i have been through

I have attend interviews of IBM, Cognizant, Yahoo, CA and I am working in one of the top Indian MNC (one of the top 3) for the last 4 years. I am a DOEACC B-Level passout after 10+2 without so called graduation. Can you provide us the names of the companies and the contact persons who have refused to hold interview? I would like to personally hold a discussion with them. My classmates are working with the likes of Tech Mahindra, IBM, CMC, Wipro.

This is got to do more with personal failures than DOEACC issues. There are some students who are trying to cover up their failures by blaming DOEACC.

i am 'B' level graduate in 2003, and suffered a lot due to non acceptance of 'B' level at many places(Government and private sector). Our knowledge level is much better then any other university MCA degree holder, even then we are not eligible for many positions. To take up teaching position and applying for NET, i have to go for correspondence Master's Degree which is acceptable by DU and UGC. It is really ridiculous in spite of putting so much efforts for getting 'B' level and having strong knowledge of subject, we are struggling for our recognition.
It is responsibility of DOEACC to take care their students not to suffer like this.
Please let me know if i can put some efforts in this drive.

I saw the previous comments from the very experienced professionals. But I had faced similar incident in TCS walk in. I have completed B level 5 years ago and have 6 years of professional experience. Last year in a TCS walk in, my resume rejected due to DOEACC qualification. Their recruitment guy clearly mention that "DOEACC is not our approved qualification". But one of my friend working with TCS kolkata have DOEACC A & B Level diploma for the last 4 years. So this quite confusing.

So my appeal to the concerned authority that either you force every company to give it a valid status or stop this type of course where candidates are not eligible to get any job.

I am rajib chatterjee pursuing 'a' level. i am telling u all those who are studying doeacc a/b level or passed out we must seeking the job to abroad as my tutor said it recently i got d information most of the mca students passed their exam having more easy theoretical questions where we don't usually get that kind of questions as a result we need to study thouroughly not a single textbook one author on any subject and also we use 2 o3 more different author's book on same subject but mca students don't do it. as a result we mca students are lacking behind o[censored]s in practical :) it's really a good news! cause they complete their semester on little time by memorising. in tution most of the programs me and my other four doeacc students do fast rather than mca students. So, don't look forward a job in INDIA. A /B level is directly recruited i ve seen some of passed out students who got a job as programmer unix and dbms programmer, software developer and unix server. data analyst and so on. one thing most of the it office in india doing politics with us. it should be stopped if we write a complaint to a ministry of information technology, ministry of education, ministry of law and ministry of education and hopefully it should be sent to prime minister along with president of india!

It is absolutely true specifically companies like TCS, CTS, are treating DOEACC candidates as correspondence in spite of Full Time courses,
they are basically treating those years as gap...TCS HR called me up four times this month and later told me that DOEACC will be treated as correspondence so TCS does not have such rule. Hope in the coming days they will allow us to appear for an interview.

Guys, who are saying it is wrong and asking for phone numbers and names of the concerned person .. please go to the company(like TCS, CTS..) and ask the HR people about the rules.

There are lots of false and mis information about DOEACC O/A/B Level regrading recognition. DOEACC O/A/B level are recognized every where without any discrimination both in private or government sector. Companies like NIIT are a fraud company they only give jobs to their own student and they just takes interview of all students of DOEACC O/A/B level, MCA, B.Tech etc to just fulfill their formalities to show that their student have the best knowledge and other does not. More over if NIIT has told that DOEACC O/A/B Level are correspondence course than what are they doing they are also giving the B.Sc(IT) course which is distance education of Kuvempu University. They are just making money by making the student a victim.

DOEACC O Level is now days made compulsory for any post in FCI and many other department. DOEACC A Level are allowed for the post where MCA is the desired qualification like Kendriya Vidyalaya.

TCS, Wipro, IBM etc every body have DOEACC B Level student.

In higher education their is a restriction that one who passed DOEACC B Level must have passed graduation in order to pursed higher education. So, if some one who is not graduate please first complete graduate in any discipline then only you can purse higher education like M.Tech(IT) or Phd.

Doeacc course is not fraudulent. It is recognized by AICTE. But not by UGC. All students should have degree with recognized by UGC. So please do the doeacc course along with graduation. Otherwise students future would be spoiled.

1. I appeared interview at TCS on 28th Dec 2012, Pune. HR clearly told me that they don't accept B level candidates because its a correspondence course. But still she allowed me because of my graduation in science( Bsc Maths).

2. I know B level candidates are absorbed in MNCs. It not because having B level certification but because they must have definitely some sort of other Degree.

I just want to know one thing that how does Gap year and correspondence course bother the MNC's that much when they hold the interviews from 10-20 FAQ's from net. Anyone can take an interview nowadays all that matters is a Degree regular first class in engineering and you will find a job if you have some experience. I had gone for an interview in ENY for a position in MIS and my firned went to Oracle. The only sin we did was we completed our graduation from Correspondence and both were rejected. People may think that we are writing like losers. I am now working in supporting oracle applications but when i think of going for a jump to a bigger company at a good salary i am looked upon because of my mode of degree. Is there no way out?

one comment is i got in this role after moving internally cracking an internal job posting and the sad part is these companies take people who are 12th pass for Contact Center when even the guys in IT do the same thing what they have been doing everyday. Only few companies think of inovation. rest all are manage te situation on Adhoc basis.

See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.

WIPRO — 54 Rs recharge didn't work

WIPRO — Not processing the request

On 12th May 2008, I lost my mobile and on 13th May 2008 morning I requested to barred my outgoing calls. Next sunday i tried to my number and it was ringing and someone diconnected it.

Again I called customer care and asked to barred my all incoming and outgoing and also to close my number.

on 17th May 2008, i requested to close my number, still my no. was active and its ringing.

On 19th May 2008, i got a call from Airtel customer care officer and he asked why i want to close my number. I told him what customer care did with my request and also i told i will pay my bill only after veiwing by bill i.e. in details, if it was not my number i will not pay .. he said its fine.

On 21st May 2008 I tried to call on my number and it was saying number does not exists.

But today 30 May 2008 again I called on my previous number, (which was supposed to be out of service as per my request being placed to airtel customer care) and it was ringing and someone picked my call and then disconnected it.

I am extremly frustrated and very much annoyed with the airtel customer care service as I am calling them from past 3 weeks with the same request again and again, but till date it has not been processed.

Today I again called customer care and they again said that my no. will be barred ASAP.

The first thing i will do tomorrow morning is to call on my previous numbera nd will check its status has been changed to "OUT OF SERVICE".

If this is not so, I will have to take some legal action. I hope it will get resolved tomorrow i.e. 31 May 2008.

WIPRO — Chemotherapy ward in apollo is very bad not keeping up their schedule.

Horrible experience with Apollo for Chemotherpy ward. Doctor will give date for addmission but getting bed in the appollo will atleast take 3 days. My complaint is we have given the schedule date when to admit and we used to call up the reception ever chemo sitting. Lathergic receptionsit will never give the addmission. I feel that they are creating unecessay demand for the bed, Why I am saying is I went to the Chemo ward on the day the admission was not given I saw on my eyes that almost the ward is vacant.

Raised this issue to the Sr Doctors and even put in the complaint box, but no action from the Apollo's management.

Hi I buy a wipro System 2.0 pc from Nehru place Delhi. The purchase data is[protected]. After 2 month it giving mouse and Cmos Battery problem. I contact with my dealer from where I buy this system. He told me that bring your pc at our place then we will provide you service. But at the time of buying this system he told me that it have 1 year onsite and 2 year offsite warranty. I Preethi S Paniker worked with Wipro Spectramind (Pawai-Hiranandai) from 30th August 2004 till 23rd October 2005. I completed all the formalities of leaving also got my releving letter but each time I apply for my P.F. no outcome happens. I last again for the second time applied for the same on 05th November 2008. Still I havent recieved any inputs on the same. My Emp. ID was 451940. The procedure to apply for P.F. amount was to fill in the forms and submit it in the drop Box at the HR office which is done.
Hope this complaint will see some result.

When Janata Dal was in power, we did not have any issues of street lights here in ITI Layout, Mallathahalli (Near Ambedkar Engineering College, Deepa Complex), Bangalore-560056. Now, After BJP took over, we hardly see concerned authorities visiting our place and maintaining it.

One of them is "Street Light (Sodium and Normal light) in 15th Main". Similarly we have lot os issues in area maintenance. No civic ammenities are appropriate.

I have received offer from wipro india ltd. direct on mail with HRD name Shareen Harshaverdhan, Please confirm is it true offer or not immediately.

A serious misguiding crime has happened to me. There is a mail come today for the job recruitment in Wipro India Ltd.
I believe that offer letter is fake. Please take the strict action against them immediately.

WIPRO — Difficulty in paying Road Tax - Corrupt System

Hello; I have traveled to different states on official transfers - Indore, Jaipur, Gurgaon, Bangalore and now in Pune, but I have felt that Pune RTO is highest ranked in corruption and inefficiency.

Had an experience at Pune City RTO office, being cheated by agents lead by government officers. Govt officers will themselves ask to deal with agents.

These guys are asking for extra money ( 2500 for RT + 2000 tip) and to my surprise are providing breakup of how they will distribute this money :-). The officers will not speak to you and you are bound to cut a deal with his agent.

After breaking my head with 3 officers and agents, I went to the Public Relationship officer - who asked me to speak to the Supervisor/Saab for complaint. I spoke to the supervisor and informed him about way RTO officers are responding (asking for money and working with agents). This gentleman further dictated me about the procedure and a long list of paper work... which I already had with me.

Finally the Supervisor (Babu) asked me to bring along with the original documents, a written letter (on 15/- stamp paper) stating that I will not ask for Tax refund once I pay the RTO in Maharashtra later in any case. Though I had all docs in hand, he asked me to visit another day with letter on stamp paper - and assured me that I need not to bribe anybody there... But ultimately this didn't make things simple for me - as no action was taken finally. I fail to understand the need of such a written letter on stamp paper ??

At last, I wasted my whole day running around these guys and my leave wasted without purpose... and after all could not pay tax. I have to drive without RT till date and pay fine to police officers on encounters :-)...

I think more than the police officers, its the RTO officers who are root cause of the problem.

I just wanted to pay RT in Pune (for different state vehicle with all good papers and outside tax paid) and drive hasslefree for an year or so (as long as I move out of Maharashtra). I had called up RTO customer service before visiting the office but the procedure they said sounds easy and straight, its only once you visit this govt office that you realize what are these guys made of...

Not only citizens are facing these issues, but many ppl like me end up driving without paying RT - which is a loss to government also...

Hope these complaints are taken seriously. Any advice would be appreciated.

Transfer/Withdrawal:
Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to address
Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.
Lot of success stories are there in usage of RTI in all government organizations since 2005…
Please send application to Central Public Information Officer of nearest Provident Fund office with postal order of Rs.10.
