FNF salary not yet received

Hello,

I have not yet received my FNF settlement salary even after receiving resignation confirmation email. Tried to connect with HR team but still no positive response from their end. It’s been more than 45 days but no response

Please request you to resolve this issue for me on high priority....

Hi, i resigned and got relieved from Hexaware by October 14. It has been more than 45 days and i didn't receive experience letter and Full and final settlement yet.

About experience letter & Relieving letter

I work in hexware for more about 1.5 years but due to medical reason. I have left the job in 1 day notice period.
So after a month I got FNF letter stating that you need to pay Rs. 1936 as settlement amount.
But when I asked to my ex Team lead he told me that it is in the hand of HR.
And when I called Hr ( Varun { Ghansoli MBP}) he told that it is in the hand of management.
Now I am ready to pay my settlement...

Hexaware Technologies - PF is not transferred to Current Employer PF Account

Since Hexaware is having seperate PF trust, Employees leaving organization not able to attach the existing UAN to Current PF account. Have been following with Hexaware PF team for last two years for this withdrawal and they have not transfered it yet.
Though there was timelines given like Tomorrow, Day after and 15 working days, there is no positive outcome on this.
Requesting concern team to take action to transfer this.br...

Resignation

Not providing me relieving and experience letter

Hello sir/mam,
I am Bhupesh, a former employee of your company Nagpur.Employee ID- N32019. I was working from 24 Feb 2020 to Feb 2021.
There was no issue with the work was fluent in work but due to a serious medical issue, I was advised to take complete bed rest by the doctor. I had discussed this with the manager to release me on medical grounds but the manager denied it completely. so I had decided to serve the notice period...

PF transfer request from Hexaware trust to EPFO not completed

Sir,
PFB the details from EPFO passbook. My PF transfer request from Hexaware trust to EPFO has not been completed. But the status show SETTLED. EPFO office saying check with Hexaware. Please help. I m unable to withdraw the amount. please...please...help.

Hii team,

I have resign on 9th nov 2019 and due process wind up issue company leave employees on 15th nov 2019 and almost 40 to 45 peoples leave on same date. Process head hr said will receive fnf amount starting of dec month as per hr commitment all the employees received fnf amount and docs.
But my salary and fnf amount not credited still now.
One of my colleague and me in same batch and we give resign same...

EPF Rejection Reason letter

I got selected in all the rounds to join Hexaware and received loi but I am not been updated regarding onboarding process it's been a year since I got loi.         Hi Team,

        I have resigned from Hexaware BPS and my LWD was 01st April. Till date no FNF and resignation letter received. Due to STG internal delay, now HR is not helping me to fast track my FNF procedure. And stating to deal dirext with finance team. Finance team is advising me to contact HR team.

        So, both the teams blqming each other. I have to submit releiving letter to my new company. Now, I am in very bad situation. No support and help is getting from HR team.

          Hi Team,

          I've joined hexaware on 04 April 2022 and my employee id [protected]. I have been waiting for the PF amount from April 2022 to September 2022. But from October 2022 to till date the PF amount getting reflected. I have raised so many tickets from the helpdesk for the past 6 months but still my issue is not yet resolved till now. Have checked with the PF office too. They have informed to check with the organisation. Also, I have been waiting for the resolution for the very long time. Kindly look into this and resolve this issue as soon as possible. For an emergency purpose I have to withdraw the PF amount. Here, attaching the screenshots for your reference.
