I got selected in all the rounds to join Hexaware and received loi but I am not been updated regarding onboarding process it's been a year since I got loi. Kindly do update me regarding onboarding process as I am eagerly waiting to join the organisation. I am trying to contact but no response and receiving the same bot mail for the last one year.

    Full and final salary not yet received

    FNF salary not yet received

    Hello,

    I have not yet received my FNF settlement salary even after receiving resignation confirmation email. Tried to connect with HR team but still no positive response from their end. It’s been more than 45 days but no response

    Please request you to resolve this issue for me on high priority....

      I completed my interview and received positive feedback for my candidature on 6th of July 2023.
      Even salary discussion completed and there was an mutual agreement considering project budget.
      It been almost 2 months now and I have still not received any offer details.

        FNF and Relieving letter not received , already 45 days completed. EMPLID 1000413363

        Hi Team,

        I have resigned from Hexaware BPS and my LWD was 01st April. Till date no FNF and resignation letter received. Due to STG internal delay, now HR is not helping me to fast track my FNF procedure. And stating to deal dirext with finance team. Finance team is advising me to contact HR team.

        So, both the teams blqming each other. I have to submit releiving letter to my new company. Now, I am in very bad...

        Hi Team,

        I've joined hexaware on 04 April 2022 and my employee id [protected]. I have been waiting for the PF amount from April 2022 to September 2022. But from October 2022 to till date the PF amount getting reflected. I have raised so many tickets from the helpdesk for the past 6 months but still my issue is not yet resolved till now. Have checked with the PF office too. They have informed to check with the organisation. Also, I have been waiting for the resolution for the very long time. Kindly look into this and resolve this issue as soon as possible. For an emergency purpose I have to withdraw the PF amount. Here, attaching the screenshots for your reference.
        HR team not responding properly till date...

                Not releasing my Experience Letter

                My employee ID Was 34262. I Was a USA employee & it hasbeen almost 5 year i left the hexaWare but they have not released my experience letter. i communicated 100 times to them but no response, the Worse company i have ever Worked on....

                Good evening Sir/Ma'am,
                I got selected for Hexaware's Chennai campus. I got LOI in the month of Dec 2021. Later they sent an email to write an exam to increase the package (GET to PGET) and I was not qualified for that exam, one of the people from the Hexaware team called me and asked if I was interested to join now (in the month of May or June), I said: "I am interested to join but, right now the college won't provide attendance to me, so is it possible to join after June". She said it was possible and OK. After that, I didn't get any updates from the Hexaware team. I mailed [protected]@hexaware.com, but no reply from them.

                please let me know the next steps or when will my training starts. I am waiting for months, all my friends who were selected for Hexaware have already joined, but I am still unemployed.

                    Hello sir, I am Varun Kumar Madarapu, I have been shortlisted for the PGET Technical Interview round. The interview was rescheduled 2 times as there was a panel drop out, third time I received a mail that I am having the interview on[protected] from 11:00 am -5:00 pm, As I am Having my end semester examination I was not able to attend the interview, Prior I have sent a mail that at the scheduled time I have semester examination, to please reschedule my interview, Kindly please reschedule the interview.

                      Sir mysel[censored]mar khan . Icompleted technical round ! And i got mail for hr round ! After that i cant connected with hr round even i click on the link . But it shows interview ended .

                          About experience letter & Relieving letter

                          I work in hexware for more about 1.5 years but due to medical reason. I have left the job in 1 day notice period.
                          So after a month I got FNF letter stating that you need to pay Rs. 1936 as settlement amount.
                          But when I asked to my ex Team lead he told me that it is in the hand of HR.
                          And when I called Hr ( Varun { Ghansoli MBP}) he told that it is in the hand of management.
                          Now I am ready to pay my settlement...

                            Hi,
                            I am Rajendra Trailokya (M33587), former employee of Hexaware Technologies. I left Hexaware on 22 June 2022, while serving notice period I got a call from HR and was told about FnF, Experience letter and other. They told it will be given after 45 days after all clearance, 45 days would be calculated excluding Saturday Sunday. It's been more than 45 days still no mails have been provided yet. Only recieved resignation acceptance mail uptill now. Try to contact HR but not available
                            So trying here on this portal for reminder.
