[Resolved] Wipro Laptop — The Worst Service Of The World | |
I had purchased a laptop from wipro in 2007 my complete details have been given below. In past two years once already the motherboard and hard disk have been changed after a pathetic request. Now once again before completing the second year this laptop started asking the Power on password, where I am not able to boot by any means. So I called the wipro people where you can see my call reference number is : [protected]. You can just see going to its portal : http://support.wipro.co.in/new with customer id : customer password is : [protected]@123 after a great headache I could able to get a call from wipro people by the time the woke up I had to leave the city and I left for few days. When I came back I contacted these people and re logged the complaint, My new complaint No is : [protected] U can check on the given portal once again with the same user id and password. I contacted many time to these people ( Ranganath Ramchandrai, Premila, Sapna) but then to also no response. I have already kept ready my Demand Draft and others, I have immediately send the scanned copy of DD and Invoice, but no revert from these guys. I can only say that these guys are not at all working professionally specially Premila. And at last but not least CANCEL THE LICENSE OF WIPRO. Was this information helpful? | |
