[Resolved] Wonder Brands - Dent King — Complaint against Dent King & Scratch Pro Pen

I have purchased Dent King & Scratch out pro pen from Wonder Brands against order No [protected] :221045 after seeing TV advertisement. They have cheated as the products do not work at all. Scratch out pro pen does not work at all. No dent is removed. I have paid Rs 2241.00 for the products. I have lodged number of complaints with them. One complaint No is DK-1023 of 25 Apr 10. I spoke to Ms Mansi and others on phone but I could not get any proper response. They are absolutely cheating and looting public. The TV channels who are advertising wonder brands products should also be questioned. The products are just bogus things. I would like to return product and want money back. This is a serious fraud.

Wonder Brands - Dent King — Defective supply - Not responding on complaint

I had ordered on 05.01.2010 Dent King from Wonderbrands - Delhi (Order No.[protected]:381123 from CCAvenue), the delivery was made on 08.01.2010, on 13.01.2010 complaint thru phone call on help desk was registered call was attended by Ms Sharda and same day email was also sent on the issue that the glue dies not melt even when heat in the Gun for more than 30 mins.

After 13.01.2010 ha have called 4 to 5 times on help desk they have always assured to me that an email will come where this product has to be returned back. They are just trying to deny by some silly excuse that their systems are down.

Please help.

dent king — dent king not supply

i have booked dent king by net but after two month not deliever the item and i have recieved only ine call by buyer and i am trying continue to contact him but every time call not recived by supplier.money deducted by account so this is totally frauding me.

Regarding Misguiding Advertisement on your channel

In regards to wrong and misguiding advertisement on your channel for brand called DENT KING. Many people like myself had ordered the product after watching at your channel now, the product is tottally useless and when we inform the company about the same. They either dont answer calls or hang up phone. I had sent the product back to company in Delhi at address of Ashasa India Enterprises but the staff there refused to except it. This company is doing frauds with various people which could be seen from consumer court website below

Even I have experienced the same thing. Scratch out pro pen is totally fake. In fact it leaves strains on the car surface without removing any scratches. Please dont go for it.
