Hello Everybody

I am one of the WWICS client. File No. 83986. I have never seen any failure on any point in my case. So many people are posting illogical material against WWICS without any

reason. I am 100% sure they are not clients because if they are they can talk to them directly. No body has time to write on a portal which itself is in private hands.
All are WWICS Competitors and are not genuine clients. I just saw WWICS has celebrated its 16 years in some newspaper where they invited their clients and celebrated success

with them. They do care of their clients only that is why they are successful.

So, I will suggest you all go with WWICS, only they are biggest immigration experts in India.

WWICS IS NOT CHEATING PEOPLE AT ALL. I SUPPORT WWICS BECAUSE IN MY CIRCLE I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY FAILURE. IF THERE IS, THN PROBLEM CAN BE FROM THE PERSON ENDS NOT WWICS. THEY ARE VERY SUCCESSFUL. LEADING GROWING COMPANY WHICH IS SETTLED EVERYWHERE FROM SO MANY YEARS. IF ANYBODY HAS PROBLEM , THEY CAN CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY.

I SUGGEST YOU ALL DONT GO WITH THESE STATEMENTS BECAUSE PEOPLE POSTING CONTENT AGAINST THEM ARE THEIR COMPETITORS.

I just saw this crap material while sufing on internet. I dont know its true or not because the thing I came to know is people posting content against WWICS are their

competitors and are fake so dont go with their complaints.

Just think and apply your mind whether you want to go with one-night agents or with a company which is settled from more thn 15-16 years.

In my opinion, if your papers and documents are genuine and meets the immigration criteria, you should seek WWICS as your agents because they are experts in this field.

I have enrolled to wwics group ,consulant for subclass visa 176, as per my IELTS ON LAST DECEMBER,
THEY GIVE ASSESSMENT AFTER INFORMATION GIVEN BY ME ,
AFTER APRIL THEY CALLDED ME GIVE MESSAGE THET MY SKILL ASSEMENT COME POSITIVE,
AND ON MAY-17, 2009, THAT I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE SAME,
NOW THEY DONT GIVE ME MY ASSESSMENT RERULFOR MY CONFOMATION, AND NOR REFUND MY MONEY

It is to state that i have applied for PR to canada on the base of skilled worker through WWICS,Asr.I got my file no.27689 in jan 2005.We are waiting for any response since a long period of 5 years.But,every time we went to branch,we neither met any branch manager nor got any satisfactory answer from WWICS employee.
Kindly tell us what should we do
or the status of our case

I am here just to let you know that I applied through WWICS. In my opinion it is a brand now. They are very old in this profession. Having so many branches all over the world. No one can make set-up like WWICS.

Today, I am in Australia. Just because of WWICS. I was in struggle there in INDIA. its WWICS who helps me out. Not only in India... They guided me in after my visa also.

Thanks to WWICS.

I agree and I support WWICS. they are just experts in immigration. my family got settled through WWICS. what else i need. i was just surfing on internet and saw some postings against them.

Dont go with those statements who are against them because they might be their competitors and wants to spoil their business.

All these statements are false and wrong. this is a fake and edited news with computer softwares like Photoshop. What I have observered during my interaciton with them that they

are thorough professional and are pretty confident about the process of immigration. I have not found any lucuna in their system.

I met lot of guys who landed here through them and they are well settled and they are still in touch with WWICS because of their professional and genuine approach.

So friends I would suggest not to believe in all this crap posted on these open forums where any tom, dick and harry come and post the contents without any authentic of that.

WWICS ( World Wide Immigration Consultancy Services) with its H.O at Chandigargh and branch office at various locations in India deals with Immigration/Work permit/Permananent settlement.
Actually i applied for immigration to Canada through its branch office at Trichy on 2006.So for this process they have collected around 1-lakh rupees and promised me to send Canada within 6 months.Also separetly i was asked to pay to the CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION -NEW DELHI an additional fee of 23,000 rupees. In the mean i cancelled it for medical reasons after a year.So as per the agreement they are supposed to refund me the amount back.But till this date they haven't taken any steps.In the mean time the Trichy office has been closed and i was directed to contact the Coimbatore office.But both these offices Coimbatore and Chandigarh, always played an hide and seek game till this date.Also each and every time new branch managers are being recruited and no one is there to give an proper solution or answer.
Even the CHC has refunded the fee of 23,000 but the WWICS has not refunded even a single penny which they collected as consultancy charges.So like this they have involved in huge money laundering and scam.Many people have remitted huge amount like me.But coz of the foreign craze they never prefer to open their mouth.People are of the hope that one day or rather they would be getting immigration,but its just a mirage coz of the new immigration policies by the Canadian Govt. So,its Never going to happen.So some one please help me in getting my hard earned money back and also put an fullstop to this money launderers.

Dear Sir, Maam

I had entered into contract with WWICS GK-1 Branch for fecilitating my application for UK Tier1 General Visa . This was entered on 31st August 2008 whereby I paid INR 20000 vide HDFC Cheque 232664 dated 31.07.2008 and WWICS gave me reciept of this - Receipt number 101508 dated 30th August 2008 . I was given WWICS File number 49787

I was coordinating with their Branch officer Mr Ajay Mishra .

The series of events that followed soon made me realise that Mr Mishra had no knowledge on UK Tier 1 visa process and I had been tricked . Below are the events :

1 I was sent a "Dependant Application Form" on mail . As it was written DEPENDANT, I had doubts and enquired with Mr Mishra . He reassured me that the form is correct . Hence I filled the form and submitted my document to WWICS .

2 My document along with the form was sent to Chandigarh Head office of WWICS and after 2 weeks I got information that the whole bunch of documents are being returned as the form filled is not correct . I protested and this time they gave me PRINCIPAL APPLICANT form to fill in . This time Mr Mishra informed me of new requirement like copy of driving license is required ; All photocopies need to be notarised ( He took INR 500/- for this ) ; He told me to get assest verification certificate from Chartered Accountant ( It cost me INR 1300 ) - I later found out that none of this is required in filling for UK Tier 1 visa .

3 I complied to all instruction of Mr Ajay Mishra who informed me that I had to make Demand Draft of INR 51000 in favour of BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION as visa processing fee for me and my 2 depandant ( wife and daughter ) .

4 I complied with these requirements and my documents were resend to WWICS Chandigarh head office for verification . It was returned after 10 days with comment " ALL OK".

5 Now I was called in WWICS Delhi office with 3 passport size photograph and I was asked by Mr Mishra to sign a letter authorising WWICS representative to submit papers on my behalf to U.K Visa VFS office, Nehru Place, New Delhi . I was told to accompany the WWICS representative to UK Visa VFS office, World Trade Centre, Nehru Place .

6 When I reached World Trade Centre, Nehru Place I was very surprised as WWICS representative had no idea about the location o[censored]K VFS Office and he was enquiring from people there .

7 Once the office was located WWICS representative took counter for me and himself . When our turn came as per counter number, I was told by U.K VFS office security that the form needs to be submitted in person and no representative is allowed .

8 I also found later that I was misguided . The visa processing fee for UK Tier 1 General Visa was not INR 51000 for me and my family ( 2 Dependants ) but was INR 51000 X 3 .

I totally lost trust by now and submitted an application to WWICS on 23rd September 2008 to cancel the contract and refund the fees ( A copy of the same is with me )

One year has passed and I had repeated follow ups with WWICS Branch managers - Mr Ajay Pathania and Mr Sunil Gulati . I had been informed by them that the matter is under discussion and their is internal blame game being played in WWICS between Chandigarh and Delhi office but nevertheless the money has still not been refunded .

I would request your esteem organization to look into the matter and also take strict action against WWICS so that they operate morally and responsibly in near future

We have cheated by the WWICS Kolkata Office as they have completely misguided to me and my husband. The amount Rs.30000.00 as Retainership Fee we paid for immigrating to Canada but the services we never provided by them on the contrary we were harrassed on one pretext or other. I have written mail to their Bracnh Manage, Mr.Ratan J mishra but yet to get any response. I advise everybody that please do not get into such false promises an ask them to provide all the documents and any other formalities in writing which they will never give to anybody and only will tell that first pay the Retainership Fee which as the claim is non-refundable and after your real ordeal will start as they will ask to bring those documents which they know you will nlt be able to provide and they will say that it is your reponsibility to roduce all the documents. I request that please ask them to refund our Rs.30000.00 an also be transparent to clients and stop uch misrepresentation and malpractices. I also request Lt.Col. B S Sandhu that please save your high repute organisation from such a scrupulous employees who are out to destroy your reputation for a quick money and in a process antagonise huge no of clients.

Fraud / Cheating by WWICS Immigration Consultant, Delhi.

I am a 30 years NRI, presnetly working in NIgeria.I have been cheated by Immigration consultant WWICS.

Please see the mail communication below, which explains that: I had been registered with WWICS for immigration services in dec2005. but till today. neither service nor REFUND of fee has been processed. Because WWICS collected all fees...

I got this through email by further process they offered me a position without any interview. This seems to be unusual. Please help.

1. Position and Duties. WEST AFRICAN MEDICAL CENTRE (WAMC) shall employ you, and you agree to competently and professionally perform such duties as are customarily the responsibility of the position as set forth in the job description.


2. Outside Business Activities. During your employment with WEST AFRICAN MEDICAL CENTRE, you shall devote competent energies, interests, and abilities to the performance of your duties under this Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, you shall not, without (WAMC) prior written consent, render any services to others for compensation or engage or participate, actively or passively, in any other business activities that would interfere with the performance of your duties hereunder or compete with (WAMC) business.


3. Employment Classification. You shall be a contract Employee and shall be entitled to benefits as specifically outlined herein.


4. Benefits. You will also receive (WAMC) standard employee benefits package (including health insurance for you and your family), and will be subject to (WAMC) vacation policy as such package and policy are in effect from time to time.


4.1 Death Benefit: Should Employee die during the term of employment, the (WAMC) shall pay to Employee's estate any compensation due through the end of the month in which death occurred and will also ensure that he/she is given a befitting funeral according to the expatriate tradition in his home town.

This documents, which include work permit, Resident permit and Visa, which you will obtain from the CAMEROON Commission through a registered Immigration office (Agents are not accepted), that work with them as stated.


6. Severability: If any of the provisions of this Agreement are determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make such provisions enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the extent the economic benefits conferred upon the parties by this Agreement remain substantially unimpaired.

No one in WWICS is concerned for active service delivery. Even many a times we have contacted their owner, but no one cares. We are very sorry to say that at this point of time we are repenting for our decision taken to hire WWICS...

It is not possible that a 15 years old company .. can survive so long ... the company has huge success rate and infact attends to cleints amny time .. open on sundays .. can vist the brach late in eveving .. free assessment of profile .. how many companies in HYDERABAD give this all to you... I did vist to other consultancies they do not have time to talk to you and understand your requirement... every company will have some falts .. it does not mean that the whole company is at falt... One needs to use commen sense while making judgemnt and not mearly going by such complains ...

wwics hires people with no experience and knowledge of immigration and charges a heavily.
