Www.aquariumsindia.com — Online fraud, not shipping the product I have paid for and not responding to emails and phone calls

I purchased a aquarium filter and aquarium accessories from Aquariums India on 7th August 2012. I transferred Rs. 6212/- from my bank account. I sent email to the email address provided by the seller. I did not get any confirmation from them. After that I have sent several reminders to the owner and seller but there is no response. I searched about seller on the internet and found several buyers have complained about Aquariums India. Below is one of the email I sent.
