I order a product Sia Arfa Set online on[protected]:41:01.0. Order number[protected]. While ordering they said they will ship it in 2-3 weeks. Even after 3 weeks it has not been shipped. I requested a refund, which was not entertained. The reason given, it is raining, hence it is getting delayed. If you cannot deliver your product on time, I believe you should send a humble apology and refund the full amount. Value your customers. Everyone beware you may not get your product on time. Also it would be useless to call their customer care number and also do not send emails. They do not reply to emails. They send only promotional emails.
