www.bangaloreonlineflorists.com — Flower delivery requsted, delivery not done but I am still chargeed.

Hi,

I wanted flowers delivered to a specific address. I raised an online request for delivery of flowers in the site www.bangaloreonlineflorist.com. I gave my credit card details for the transaction. They said that the flowers would be delivered in the same day. I also requested them to deliver it before 4 since the person to whom it was supposed to be delivered was to take a flight. They called this person at 10:30 in the night and asked for delivery of flowers.

Inspite of frequent request to cancel the order in case they cannot deliver the flowers by 4, was not done. On top of it they kept replying thatthe order has been processed. They have given a customer care number but it does not work.

You Wrote ( 2/16/2009 9:07:33 AM ) :I got a call for the delivery at 1015 pm. This is serously not acceptble. I had already mentioned that I want this done only if it can be delivered before 4. The person whom it was intended was travelling and supposed to catch a flight at 9pm. You have disappointed me. Not to mention the embarassment I faced.
Since the gift was not delivered I am assuming that I am not going to get charged. I will provide standing instruction to me credit card.

I agree...this company is a fraud and must be stopped from continuing their business!!! One used online delivery to show their loved ones they care but this website actually acts contrary!! i faced a similar problem for Mother's Day!!

i had ordered a black forest cake for my 4 year old niece who stays in bangalore online thru bangalore online florists.com. its very disappointing to recieve a cake which is spoilt. first of the order was delayed for a day and the delivery was done next day with a spoilt cake, how could they deliver a spoilt cake for kids its very disappointing what people do for money.

when spoken to representative they are very arrogant and not ready to assist, i had requested them to replace or refund but nothing happen so far. its not the question of money its the food wht if the kids ate the cake it would have been a disaster luckily the mother saw and isolated. we had purchase another cake and celeberate

so to all people please be careful while you shop online sepcially with the above shopping merchant as they cheat and dont respond to you properly. instead i would suggest to drop in to a nice bakery and buy for yourself atleast you are sure you are safe.

the authorities should take strict actions against such frauds who cheat atleast not with the food items which people consume.

Please DONT think o[censored]sing Bangaloreonlineflorists.com to buy flowers and sweets.

I have ordered 50 rose flower + kaju combo (Order No: HBOF-[protected]) this week.
It cost 1490 rupees. The delivered flowers are in such a bad condition, Red roses are in black color.
The roses are damaged and very old. Its already black in color. It looks to be as they have picked it from already used flower bouquet.
On top of it the sweets are delivered in a plastic carry bag. They didnt packed it as well. I have used many online florist sites, but this is very bad experience. I really feel shame of this company and the founder/manager. This fraudulent company needs to be banned selling items further. These people are really making money and spoiling the credits of online florist sites.

Thanks for posting this. I was about to buy from this site. But just before I pay, I checked for reviews and cancelled it. Thanks a lot for saving me!
