My sister order a rakhi for 29th August, 2015 assuming that it would be delivered on promised date. She ordered on 27th August and the website promised to deliver within 1-2 business day. But it is now 1st September yet no one called me (recipient) or sender to inform the status.
However, I asked them to cancel the order by writing an email to Bangaloreonlineflorists.com on 31st August. I am waiting for their response since from 24 hours....

Did Not deliver gift as promised
I made a purchase online for Valentines Day for my wife.
They didnt deliver the things as I had ordered.
They delivered a smashed cake, a totally different soft teddy toy as shown on website and delivered uninflated balloons.(On the website they show the inflated balloons)
Moreover the gift was delivered at 11:00pm in the night on Valentines day.
Stay away from them ..they are cheats.
