www.dealsandyou.com — not received deal

i bought deal of Rude longe (Juhu) on website of dealsandyou on October 6 2011 as written on site i called vendor for booking But they said that this deal is not valid there is no tie up between dealsandyou and Rude longe ,i called then for 5 to 7 times but i cant received any response from them,after validity is over i called me about this deal but they didn't give me money back or that deal.please take some action on that site so they don't cheat any more.
