www.dealsandyou.com — Misleading customer service and fraud product

Find below the details of my experience:

I came to know about dealsandyou.com from a friend and was excited to use a service from their wesbite.

I ordered 2 coupons and went to use it at your merchant site "Body n Soul", Aundh, Pune on 4th Sep2011.

To be very fair i had very bad experience which i had never imagined from renowned merchant like Body n Soul and in faith with Dealsandyou.com.

I had opted for 199 Package which includes the following:

Package 1: Rs 199 for Rs 2,000 worth of:
Aroma Body Massage
Foot Reflexology
Head Massage

It hardly took 15-20 minutes to complete the whole exercise with approximately 45 minutes of waiting time even though we had taken prior appointment. I have not felt a relaxing moment during and after the so called message. We were actually treated like cutomer using FREE services and got a impression that if we have really enjoy their package then we have directly take appointment with them.

The service was advertised to offer Rs 2,000 worth massage package but it seems it's not even worth Rs 100. It was total waste of time, money and energy.


This is really dissapointing for me that inspite to multiple reminders, i have not received any resolution from Dealsandyou and the deal was continued to be sold on their website.

The complaint is pending with customer care since more than 3 months and nothing has been done so far.

Many times i asked them for grivience department but they have not provided me the details.

I have sent more than 20 emails and still waiting for their reply. Attached the snap of chain emails.

If required, i am ready to forward each email.
