Hi,

I have opened an account and played for a while in games24x7.com. After I have played for few days, they have blocked my account saying that my mobile number is not verified. ( I was out of station when they tried to call me).

After I am back (about 4 days later) I have replied back to the email they have sent and requested them to call me back. I have not received any response from them. I understand that the support team might be busy with huge load and so there was a delay in lookin at my concern.

Until today I have sent 9 emails and also raised a ticked with them to get this sorted out. But I never received a single email or a call.

Now I am feeling insecure about this as there is a huge amount in my account. I used to play with another site earlier but never faced these type of issues. As some of my friends told that this site is good, I started playing here.

Even after sending a lot of emails why am I not getting any response?
Can I trust this site?
Is there any possibility that I get my money back (which is already there in my account)?

Please provide me with a number on which I can talk with the support people and get this sorted out. Please do not suggest me to write to them as I was tired of writing emails to fairplay, support, responsibleplay and whatever I found.

Any of the representatives from the games24x7 team please advise and help me. I am worried just because I have not received any response.

gurantee for cash prizes on winning however doesnt do the same, wen u lose the game thn deduct the from account then and there however if you win then next round will not pop up and ur money is aslo deducted which you put in by netbanking.

I would like to take my complaint back, as I have logged it because of my misunderstanding on the terms and conditions of games24x7.

I would like to ask apologies for that.

Sunil Vishwakarma (representative from games24x7.Com) has called me and resolved the issue quickly.
