I recently sent a birthday cake and chocolates to my sister through the online service. The cake arrived in poor condition, and when I lodged a complaint with the Customer care person the burdern for investigating fell on me. When the call was made to replace the cake, a different person took the entire order back but never bothered to replace it. Although I will not be ordering from indiaonlineflorists again, I recognize the convienience of such services and there are lots of choices. I will definately be asking my folks to take a picture of the gifts when they come, including the person who brings it. Hope this helps anyone who is trying to send their loved ones a gift and would like to prevent themselves from my situation. Was this information helpful? | |

I ordered (order number- HIOF-[protected]) from www.indiaonlineflorists.com for 16.73$ the flowers & a love band as valentine gift on Feb-11-2009. It was promised to be delivered on Feb-14-2009 and its already Feb-16-2009 and they havent delivered it.
It was the day that was important for delivery. And they spoiled it. And worst, they havent delivered it yet. I got a phone number from their email - [protected] which they are not PICKING.
Please, if this website means anything and if some law and order is still left in India, anyone please do something about it.

i have ordered a cake Rs.495/- through www.indiaonlineflorists.com on 25.09.08, they have delivered but diffrent one. The amount got charged twice to my creditcard account. i have lodged a complaint
no CSD[protected] . only one time they replied asking more details, after that i have provided all details.
no reply and no money refund as of now.
now i am trying to post one more complaint or update the existing complaint always getting error.
i tried to reach over phone which they have provided on their site, always going to voice message.
even i recorded a message also. but no response...
if they want to return my money they can check their account and easily findout the double amount charged from my account...
now i am not able to lodge complaint due to their website errors nor reach through mobile also..
