I booked an online gift worth Rs890 through www.indiaonlineflorists.com on 26th of April 2009 using my HDFC Bank Credit Card. After I booked the order www.indiaonlineflorists.com sent me an e-mail through [protected]@gmail.com stating that my attempt to place an order was not captured by HDFC Bank payment gateway and the order was not processed. Believing on the website I booked the same order again through the same website with my other credit card. But while going through my credit card bills I found out that www.indiaonlineflorists.com charged the amount of Rs 890 on both of my credit cards. Hence I was forced to book the same order twice based on the false information sent in the e-mail. Then I tried to call there customer care number mentioned on the website for clarification but my hard luck the number was not working. I registered a complaint on the www.indiaonlineflorists.com and one of their executive (Mr. Rahul) responded to the complaint but after getting all the details he also stopped responding to me. I tried every possible way to contact the website but they have stopped responding to my concern. My intention was to book a single order but the website duped me by providing wrong information and I have lost Rs. 890 (cost of the item I was trying to book).
