I have placed order on 13 Feb 2012 to send flowers, soft toys and chocolate as a gift to an addressee through www.lovenwishes.com.
The order no. is: CART30065904
After placing the order, I called up the customer care no. (+[protected] at 6:30 PM, 13 Feb 2012) to confirm the order placed and wanted to check when the gift will be delivered. During the call, I was informed by the customer care executive that, I need to pay Rs. 200/- extra to deliver the gift to Hissar, Haryana. And the executive said that he will mail me a web link, that I shall use to pay Rs. 200/- as extra delivery charges.
However, I have not receive any mail from customer care executive and I am not sure when the gift will be delivered to the addressee. Today it is 14 Feb 2012, 4:00 PM and the gift is not yet delivered. Also, I have not heard any thing from www.lovenwishes.com. I have also tried to reach them but some times no one picks up the call and most of the times the number is busy. I think some how they have set an auto response or a caller's tune that says the number is busy. And have also send them mail well before time (i.e. 13 Feb 2012 after placing the order), but have not receive any response.
After tracking the customer care number, I found that this is a Gujarat based company and all they have is a mobile number and an email address ([protected]@gmail.com). If they were a genuine company, they would at least have a dedicated email address and land line number (I noticed all these after falling into the trap). These guys are complete fraud and are running a bogus company. All they do is cheat people. I want my money back with compensation. I am attaching screen shot of order no. that I received after making the payment.
In past I have used FloraIndia.com, and was quite satisfied with there service. Please don't use www.lovenwishes.com ever to buy any gift for your loved ones.
